Before You Submit
Please review the following before sending your request:
- Permanent Action: Once deleted, your account and related data cannot be recovered.
- Local Data: If you’ve used our mobile or desktop app, some data may also be stored locally on your device. You can remove it directly through in-app settings or by uninstalling the app.
- Legal Retention: Certain information (such as transaction or security records) may need to be retained temporarily to meet legal or regulatory obligations. In such cases, only the minimum necessary data will be retained and securely removed as soon as permitted.
- Verification Required: For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What Will Be Deleted
Depending on your account or product use, deletion may include:
- Personal details (e.g., name, email, account identifiers)
- Cloud-stored files, backups, or synced data (if applicable)
- Support requests, tickets, and associated attachments
- Analytics or diagnostic logs linked to your account
How the Process Works
- Submit the Form: Complete and send the form below with accurate details.
- Identity Verification: You will receive a verification email or follow-up for confirmation.
- Processing: Once verified, we’ll start deletion within 30 days (or sooner, where possible).
- Confirmation: You’ll be notified when your data has been deleted or informed if limited data must remain for compliance.
If you have multiple accounts or use different products under the same email, please mention them in your request so we can process everything at once.
